ABOUT US

AND OUR MOMS

Welcome to Moms Fed Up, where we begin our story by the extraordinary journey of Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick. As a dedicated single mother of two daughters, Ann faced the uphill battle of raising her children while pursuing a career as a lawyer. Her relentless determination led her to run for office, starting at the Arizona state legislature and eventually securing a seat in Congress, even in the face of fiercely competitive races.

Throughout her tenure in Congress, Ann witnessed firsthand the power of collaboration and respectful discourse among her female colleagues. She firmly believed that with more women in Congress, more meaningful progress could be made on the pressing issues affecting families across the nation.

When Ann Kirkpatrick announced her retirement, she and her team huddled together, pondering how they could continue their important work, leveraging their strong relationships and resources. It was from this vision and shared commitment that Moms Fed Up was born.
